Winix happens to be best air purifier, already have two. Easy to maintain and clean I did an extended research top three worldwide highly recommended. Love the sensor that indicates air poluted.
Picked up this unit locally. I have this in my home studio. Does what its designed to do. I originally purchase to keep the dust down in my office/studio which it does extremely well. I was presently surprise with the difference in air quality which is very noticeable when entering and leaving the room. Its like comparing poor quality tap water to your favorite bottled water.It is extremely quiet when running and takes up a small footprint. I leave settings on automatic and have no issues recording voice-overs on my cardioid dynamic microphone when it decides to kick on mid-recording. It makes less noise than my laptop. Its very sensitive to air pollutants and kicks on when a window/door is open, using hand sanitizer, or eating food in the room. Using scented products in the room may increase frequency of filtration use so consider that if you are a heavy user of scented sprays, oils or candles. This may be something to consider if system is used sparingly or turned on 24/7.
