It was dirty and the cover was missing a hold string

Sturdy & easy to assemble. Had it up under a covered porch & it's already rusting.

It was missing a part

Just finished assembling this. Instructions arent too bad, could be improved a little. Looks good and as in picture. The biggest downside is its extremely flimsy. Says it supports 528 lbs- No!! They have traded cost/ quality to hit a price point.. The metal guage should be higher for sturdier footprint and torsional rigidity. This is very light guage metal tube that my 9 yr old can lift all by himself. Had i known this I wouldnt buy. Now that I have, I am hoping it lasts.

This swing is really nice looking and feels sturdy but unfortunately it has been in my patio for only about 2 weeks and is showing signs of rusting. Some rust has dripped from the canopy frame onto the seat and has left an orange stain. I have contacted seller to begin process of returning it.

I would have given the product 5 stars because it is easy to assemble but the product is missing the canopy part. There is no phone number to contact Amazon or the sellers or the manufacture. The only way to contact is via email. I have contacted Amazon, Manufacturer and hoping to receive some response. Until then, I guess I am stuck with swing without canopy. If I get the missing part, I will change the rating to 5. Update - 11/10/2020 Seller finally responded me about missing Canopy. They said it is out of stock in us warehouse ,we need to get from the factory. Normally it takes about one month for shipping. I have to wait to see if I get the missing Canopy. I raised the rating to 2 stars for now.

Flimsy! Well we thought me and my husband could sit on it but it’s going to be the kids swing. Not very sturdy!

Top bar is cheaply made, my daughter and wife sat on the swing. Bar bent downward. You get what you pay for I guess. Going to pull it apart and add a steal bar in for extra support

The seat is comfortable. The setup instructions were very small and hard to read. Took 1/2 day to put together. The canopy top is not sturdy. First time using the swing noticed the canopy starting to rip already. Don't think it will hold up at all. Would not buy again.

The seats are narrow and shallow. The seats are uncomfortable without padding.
