Acer makes a lot of different laptops named 311. This one is model C722-K4CN, also called N20Q9. Mine was manufactured in February 2021.So far quite impressed for the $120 price. Screen, keyboard, trackpad all work well. Feels fast. Latest ChromeOS (as of March 2023) is supported, updating was easy.

Wasn’t looking for anything fancy and liked the price.Cons: 1. vowel keys don’t work all the time, have to tap over and over2. Cursor disappears and I have to turn it off then back on, there’s no other way to get cursor backI know only 2 cons but they’re pretty big ones,I would say spend more and get something else

It’s just a gray screen it won’t turn on and I charged it and it still won’t turn on. It’s a blue button is on, but it won’t show the screen.
