Poorly drilled holes. Very poor screws.

Disliked the tools that came with the bolts. The quality of the bolts were not good. It took a long time to assemble. Otherwise, the chairs look good.

This product looks nice once it is FINALLY assembled. The assembly instructions are terrible. I had to YouTube a video for help with the assembly. During assembly, it was very difficult to tighten the screws. Also, as you can see in my picture, the top part of the little table is missing a part when compared with the other four corners. I was not able to even use a screw in this area because of this defect. The assembly hassle was not worth $150. Next time I will just buy pre-assembled deck furniture.

This was not easy to assemble and the parts dont fit well together had to drill a hole wider for one of the screws in the table. Also another part of the threads for the seat portion of one chair were non existent. Granted this is on the cheaper side, but basic assembly and function for one season should not be an issue. I would not reccomend this set.

Set was difficult to assemble due to misaligned holes and distorted frames. Took about 2 hrs to assemble. Beyond that the set is comfortable and of descent quality for the price point. The seats are comfortable but I added some back cushions to better support the lower back.

Difficult to assemble. We had to bend the pieces to make them fit. While they are very cute, they are not comfortable because the bar across the top digs into our backs. Also, some of the screws were deformed.

You get what you pay for. It's a great patio set for small space in that the chairs and table are quite small, but it looks nice. My only complaint is the assembly. Directions are so basic that they are unclear and not all of the holes matched up where they should be screwed in so that definitely created problems. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.

Don't try to assemble this alone... you need more than two hands. I may not of bought them if I knew the pain and suffering that I had to endure while assembling. I do like the chairs now that I can sit it them, but I guess you do get what you pay for.

As advertised. Easy to assemble. Wish these were real rattan and wicker. The frame is metal and the material is some kind of plastic, oil-based resin, I guess. The metal frame gets very hot when out in the sun. You can barely rest your arm on the sides.

It's fine for a small space. Kinda expensive for how cheap the material looks and is woven; was hoping for a bit thicker sides and higher back. Overall it does look nice the cushions are definitely a light brown and not tan or beige. Easy setup.
