I would have given it a five but I had to pay 39 for shipping and I did not like that but the product is great nice for the price .. very sturdy.. could not find this the Quality in a store for this price

There's only 2 issues with this set. 1) The bottom of one chair leg was completely unraveled. I was able to fix it with some hot glue, so no biggie. 2) And the biggest issue for me was by the time I was done screwing everything in with the little Allen wrench provided, my fingers hurt!! For several days! I work construction. I'm not a wimp but that tool is crap for that many screws!

Okay, so I wanted to wait a little while before I wrote a review. I wanted to see how the set held up in the rain, etc. And it has done very well! The set fits perfectly on my small balcony. The chairs are comfortable although I would recommend buying an outdoor pillow if you like cushion for your back (which I do). On to what you really wanted to know. Is it super hard to put together?? No! Is it 1,2,3 easy? No. I know many of the reviews have stated it was extremely difficult but here are some tips to make it easier for you (as some others have pointed out): 1) Watch the instructional video! It will save you a lot if time if you do; 2) Do not tighten the screws until you have put them all in. It makes it 10x easier if follow this recommendation; and 3) I would recommend wearing gloves when you go to tighten because some of the screws are hard to tighten. It took me two hours to set up this set by myself.

2.5 hours, 15 curse words and a backache later - my new outdoor furniture is assembled. If I were a normal person I would have had someone help with this assembly or taken a break after the first hour, but I would not let this furniture defeat me. DEFINITELY follow the recommendation of waiting to completely tighten all the screw until they’re all in. Also, make sure to save at least 4 of the longer screws for the table and don’t make the mistake that I did of having to take longer screws out of the already assembled chairs to have some for the table. My table is missing two screws because the holes weren’t lining up to get them in, but it is sturdy enough without them. This was literally a PAIN to put together, but I’m happy with how it turned out. I knocked it down a star just because this was the most frustrating piece of furniture I’ve ever assembled.

I am happy with this purchase. No problems with assembling, and they look good. Also pretty comfortable. I have had these for about a year and they all still look brand new - even the pieces that are getting direct sun. Probably going to buy another set for the back yard now - I have mine on the front porch.

Typical of East Asian merchandise, there isn’t much quality control involved. They seem to think that if they get one to build that they all will build. When assembling the units, start ALL of the screws a few threads only. Then go back and run the screws down to snug. Then go back and make them all tight. The screw holes don’t align perfectly because of their lax quality standards.

I am happy with this purchase and it fits all needs as advertised. We were looking for a porch set that was on the smaller size, and after a lot of research settled on this product. It was a little challenging to put together and my only recommendation would be to follow as close to the directions as best you can/understand. It can be confusing times and if you go too far off, it will require some extra work since not all the bolts will lineup as you get closer to the end. Once all said and done, we are enjoying the set, that is very comfortable and fits like a glove!

These took me a bit to assemble as it was hard to get all the screws to line up but eventually it worked and they turned out great! Honestly the only criticism I have for this set are the pillows they came with. They suck. They are super flat and provide barely any cushion. However, considering the price of the set, I'm not surprised and that is an easy fix and swap out. The chairs and table seem pretty sturdy and look awesome on my porch. They are also perfect for my porch because they allow us to comfortably walk past them to get to our front and garage doors.

These are very nice looking chairs. The issue I had was putting it together. All holes do not align and you should have help to push them into place to to get the screws in. It took me about 30 minutes for each chair and about 20 minutes for the table.

This set is a beautiful addition to my front porch. I bought it mostly for decoration and added curb appeal. It's wonderful for that. The cushions are not thick... It is pretty small so I don't recommend for your primary outdoor seating unless for kids. Works great for the purpose I bought it for. Also not easy to put together. Make sure you have two people for the job. This took my husband and I 2 hours!!
