I like that it uses up very little space on the counter and can use typical Keurig coffee pods.

In fact, it can even be stored under the sink during the day and be quickly and easily taken out when needed. It gives a sophisticated, chic, coffee bar vibe that I love. Since it is not big and clunky I have enough room to add some additional coffee bar type accessories next to it. I really can't think of any suggestions for improvement at all.

Really easy to measure amount of water to add. You can adjust the shelf up / down depending on cup size. Very quiet when operating. Very happy with this purchase.
