This unit relaced another brand that quit after not quite a year. This is a good unit thus far. I find the space too short for my traveling mug, but that not a deal breaker. It is simple, something i like. One bug button does the job, no prigrams to learn, no clock ti set. In short, it does well what I bought it to do.
