I got this on the fly from Sally's when my organic sugar brand ran out, because I thought it was a close enough substitute. It's not. It smells SO bad. This isn't honey, its resin wax, and IS NOT WATER SOLUBLE! It might as well be pine sap. Obviously, clean up is ridiculous. You can easily use baby oil instead of fancy expensive "wax removers," and then you're covered in oil. *Be careful touching ANYTHING while waxing, I've left sticky dots all over my house (especially the microwave.) I keep a paper towel wrapped around the jar while storing it and using it to reduce sticky spots. It's also more irritating to my skin, leaving it more sore way longer than sugar. I get ingrown hairs and bumps where the hair successfully gets yanked out, yet it also tends to stick to hairs and not pull them out, leaving chunks of gooey hair left behind. Then you have to use baby oil to get the leftover wax, and re wash and baby powder. It's really just a big mess, among other things, and terribly frustrating. I'm sure others have had better experiences, but Gigi is not for me.

It damages my microwave! I use it a few time and after that my microwave took longer to heat food. I'm thinking of getting a new one!

I love this bikini wax but I give 2 stars because one of the jars came with the lid and jar broken in the shipping box.

I thought I was buying the same Gigi wax I purchased the last time, but it is not the same. This product is very sticky and after removing the wax my face is still sticky. I press my finger on my face after wax is removed and it is still sticky. I put the wax on my face and when I went to remove it, it was soft and not hard and difficult to use. I do not recall which Gigi wax it was, but this is not it. I would buy something else and make certain it is not the sticky wax.

Very messy, hard to handle and impossible to clean.... but removes the hair completely

I used it - seemed fine, but when I tried to take it off, it was too sticky to come out. Showering for more than an hour and rubbing constantly still left stickiness and a few spots. I would not recommend this product.

This does not work for me , I youtubed videos on how to use it and for me it does nothing. You probably have to have very long hair for it to work

It wasn't what I expected. I've had different wax that pulled hair easier. It's good for small areas but larger areas I would not recommend.

This wax gets all the hairs out but it is sooo difficult to work with. First of all i hate that its the green thick material thats very hard to control. Once you put it on your skin u have to work superfast like a superwoman and take it off with the waxing stripes. Otherwise it hardens and no waxing strip can take it off unless u apply even more from the wax, which is first, annoying, and second, a waste of product. Even the product in the bowl dries quickly and becomes stringy and gets all over the place and then you have to warm it up again. You can work with this wax, but you just need a lot of patience.
