I have ordered it again but one had to be careful with temperature to avoid burns else it gives good results..

wax is sticky but once you get to manipulate it is awsome .removes in one quick swipe.make sure to remove all wax an start again if wax gets somewhere you want hair.

I am new to facial waxing and don't have experience with other facial hair wax, but I was pleased with the results of this product. I found the product easy to use and only had to apply once to each area. It did require more time in the microwave than stated. I only wish the various leg waxes I had used over the years had worked so well.

Great, but very painful

This product is wonderful. If you are looking to wax your underarms I highly suggest this wax. I have sensitive skin, and it hasn't irritated my skin once, not to mention how effective it is! Your first time is always a little abrasive, but this wax makes the experience quick and easy to do yourself. The only reason I have this 4 stars instead of 5, is because when doing multiple areas the wax can go quickly, but it's definitely affordable and works great so to be honest that's not a problem at all.

It does the job. Do not leave it too long on the skin because it gets cold and removing it becomes difficult and hurts like hell. It's not very messy. Worth it.

I would give it five stars if I knew how to do this properly. Basically I had a tragic experience where I let the wax get too hard and subsequently spent 3 hours trying to get it off with heated oil and a LOT of crying. If you can get the technique down, this wax is the best. It is very messy because it is pretty thick. I used newspapers to pick up the wax drippings and stuff. Make sure to buy gigi's post shave/wax in grown hair treatment to make sure the aftermath of waxing is pleasant. This was my first time waxing down there so it was inexperience + pain. I would say that waxing is better than shaving any day because how much more clean the feeling is.

Works wonderfully but hurts significantly more than any other brand I've used.

Great on my sensitive skin. I used this with strips of clean muslin fabric and it worked out perfect!
