I am impressed with this laptop table! I was only looking for a cooling pad but this seems much more practical and for the same price. The table has 2 easily adjustable heights so I am able to comfortably use it on the couch, in bed, sitting on the ground, or even on top of my desk to use while standing up. There is storage under the mousepad and also under the laptop pad to hold cords, pens, and the wireless mouse. If you have a large laptop this might not be the one for you though, as my small 15" laptop is overhanging onto the mousepad. Most importantly, the fan seems like it will efficiently keep my laptop cool and since the stand flips up like an easel there is plenty of airflow underneath. The light is an added bonus! I received my shipment within 3 days. I just received this table today but I am already finding it to be very useful!

I highly recommend this if you are sure you want a lap-desk but can't decide which one to get. Just be mindful of the surface it is sitting on since an uneven foundation (like a soft bed or couch) might cause the desk to lean and let the mouse, pen, etc. slide off and disappear into the abyss between the sofa cushions. My sofa has enough space to allow me to sit this table beside me so I don't have to move it every time I want to get up (dropping everything on it), so it doubles as an on-site coffee table. In which case, I would recommend covering the surface of the desk when placing food/ drinks since the air vents (that allow laptops to cool) might collect debris and turn into a chore later. Anyway, I use this daily and haven't run into any problems (or regrets) since it adjusts to fit your needs at the moment; making it perfect for my lifestyle and my small apartment!

I really like this. My 2-in-1 Lenovo Yoga tends to overheat in the laptop position after a short while, so I figured the cooler would be a good thing to have on a lapdesk. What I found is that even though the fan works great, just having it tilted gives the bottom of the laptop enough ventilation to prevent any issues. Not to mention having it tilted puts it at a much better angle. The tabs that fold up prevent the laptop from sliding too far toward you, and aren't so high as to obstruct my view when using my 2-in-1 in the tablet position. The mouse area is similar to a mousepad, and comfy on your wrist. I like that I can tilt the laptop but the mouse area stays flat. Having 2 heights for the legs is great, and the small storage compartment is great for storing pens, the USB cable, etc. The USB ports, fan, and light are just bonuses on an already great lapdesk. And you can fold everything flat when not in use. Great quality and function.

Update 06/2020: The USB ports to plug into the table so the fan can run wore loose within a year of getting the desks. So the fans and light are no longer usable. We both still have this lapdesk and still use it regularly. Bought one for my husband because he prefers to stand when working. After it came in, I liked it (and borrowed it so much) that I bought a second one for myself. Our needs are relatively simple. We needed something height adjustable so we can sit or stand when working, and we needed a fan to cool our laptops when working The only problem I have with it is that the task light on the side is not removable. I don't ever use it myself so it's just a random thing that I don't need and wish I could remove. My husband hasn't had any problems with any of it's features so far. We both both in June (2017), and use them daily, and currently have not complaints with the stand. Will update if anything changes.

I bought it so I can use it in bed without having to move around for charging my other electronics. The product is as advertised. 1) Each of the USB charging ports that come on the product is functioning well. 2) I use a 15.6" laptop, so there is a slight overhang (image attached) over the mouse pad area. However, this has not caused me any kind of discomfort. There are multiple tilt angles for the laptop base, so that is a cool thing. I write many emails every day, so having that tilt makes typing on the keyboard a little less strenuous for me. 3) The lamp (image attached) is functional and can be turned off with a switch on its back. 4) The centrally located cooling fan, although not best suited for my laptop which has vents spread out on the backside, does a decent job of keeping things cool. More importantly, it is not noisy. 5) If used gently, then the bottom of the legs won't tear into bed sheets. Comfortable and convenient to use inI bed with my laptop as well as reading and writing. More like a potable desk that can be used in or out of bed

I love this gizmo. After a nasty breakup I've found myself living with my parents again for the first time since high school (I am 30 years old). Most of my work is done on a computer, meaning I need an adequate and comfortable work station to be productive. This product is so versatile... I can comfortably work in bed, on the couch, or sitting on the floor. Having legs that can fold to be three different sizes offers a wonderful, portable workstation. I love the fact that it had a cooling fan, and the rack that the laptop sits on has multiple incline options... making the table even more versatile. I purchased an external mouse to accompany the table, and I am so happy that I did. The table comes with a USB that you plug into your laptop; the table is powered by your laptop and has four USB ports you can plug additional devices (like an external mouse) into. This has turned my laptop which only had one USB port into a workstation where I can plug multiple devices (cell phones, Wacom drawing tables, etc.) in that interact with the laptop. I also love that the legs fold completely for easy storage, space is something I'm limited on at the moment. Great buy. So pleased with it.

This table is absolutely fantastic. I especially love the 3 different heights. There is no feature of this product that I've haven't used. I am a web developer, so I work on computers for most of my day, and sometimes a scene change is very welcome. I can use this on my bed, usually on the middle height, but being a slight person at 5'1" 125 lbs, I might suggest the taller height for larger people, though the middle height might work fine. I've also had guests at my home who work from laptops who've found this little table to be very helpful. The little light would be nice for several uses, especially for laptops without back-lit keyboards. Additionally, the lamp clicks in to the side of table for sleek and almost unnoticeable storage. The fan is wonderful since it is powered from the laptop itself. For any who needs to know, you could use a longer USB cable and plug it in to the wall if you don't have your laptop plugged in, but require use of the fan without draining your battery. I almost forgot to mention the storage bin. There's not much to say, except that it is very well-designed and I always utilize it. When I'm not using the table, I store the fan cable in there along with my note paper and pens.
