The coloring is beautiful, but the fabric is equally heavy and stretchy so it sits weird/clings to you and the spaghetti straps feel like they going to break from the weight of the dress! I tried it on and immediately returned it :(

It's beautiful, but the material is very strange. Like a bathing suit. It's very clingyband not at all flowy, so it's unflattering if you have any curves at all. Order a size up for more of a flow!

There's good and bad with this dress. Honestly, I bought it so I could have something comfortable, light, and semi flattering to wander around my house in all day. This achieves that. The ombre effect is pretty, the material is light, slinky, and comfortable. There are pockets! Who doesn't love pockets anymore? So hard to find. Cons: the material is cheap. Not even "clearance-$13-ross-dress" cheap. It feels like a 5 year olds elsa costume, you know the soft and shiny kind that stretches a lot? It gaps mysteriously in the armpits. Not just opens up or hangs low but actually sticks out and looks just weird, like it was stretched by a bad hanger.... or a previous wearer (though I bought it new so that shouldn't have been an issue). 5 minutes and a sewing machine could probably fix it if I ever feel inclined. The dress's cheapness shows in other areas - 1 layer of fabric, unlined; the pockets are not sewn down so they hang loose and bulk up your hips some. The neckline is cut really weird and the peaks of fabric that lead up into the straps are... Weirdly tall. Will I return it? Not sure yet. Leaning towards it because it's really not worth $30. Maybe $15 max.

did you want a maxi dress in swimsuit material? Because that is what this is.
