Better than other products tried. Has a trimming end and a shaving end. Close shave with no nicks or irritation even in delicate areas. Trimming end has adjustable height without a bunch of clipon attachments to lose. Product was delivered sealed on both trimming and shaving ends and was unused.
The razor was not just open-box, it was used, with some stranger's little body hair trimmings jumping out as soon as I opened the box. Given what this razor is marketed for, I would really hope that more care would be put into ensuring that these are unused. No one wants another person's pubic hairs coming in contact with their skin. For what it's worth, I purchased the razor somewhere else (for more, obviously) and so far it is wonderful. I just wouldn't trust buying one here.
Received used personal grooming product instead of new as mentioned in product description. It was open box which was damaged and trimmer had hairs all over it.
