The bristles are not regular bristles. They are soft silicone so doesn't actually brush the hair, just pulls at it. Useless.

Bought this “new” and it arrived used with SOMONE ELSES HAIR IN IT ALREADY! and it was filthy. Returning it immediately.My daughter is beyond disappointed and grossed out.

the pink silicone has turned my hair pink . ??? have anyone else has this problem ? how do I get the pink out ?

I'm not sure how well the item would work because the one I received was in a preopened and retaped box and the bristles had hairs wrapped around them. Don't order unless you are willing to use someone else's returned product. Will be returning!

This was delivered in a box that was opened and re-tapped. The inside packaging showed that it had been opened as well. Will be returning!

Super uncomfortable to use. Silicone pulls on hair and rips hair out

Might be good for short hair but mine would tangle. Returned.
