IT WORKED GREAT TO KEEP THE HEAT OFF MY SCALP, HOWEVER, ALL THE BRISTLES HAVE JUST ABOUT FALLEN OFF AFTER A SHORT TIME OF USE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. AND IT HAS NO AUTO SHUT OFF FEATURE.

First let me say Revlon does make wonderful, reliable products. However, my hair was just too short for this device to grab and dry/curl. I wish I could have used it but unfortunately had to return.

I didn’t like this product because the bristles tug on your hair when you’re using this to style it and I feel like it couldn’t definitely cause hair damage and spilt ends in the near future. This was my first time trying it and although the finished product on my hair isn’t bad, i definitely would not buy this product again or recommend it to others. Not worth the money, and there are much better products that are more gentle on your hair out there.

If you’re looking for something you can brush through your hair as you use it, this isn’t it. The silicone bristles grip the hair, which is great if that’s what you want, but it makes it hard to move through your hair (think the slightly tacky texture of a spatula). I have fine hair that is very easy to brush through with any normal brush. If you want to grab your hair with the tool and roll it up, it will do that.

I have ordered from Tanga many times without incident. Most all of the products I have been completely satisfied with. When I received this curl brush I suspected right away that there may be a problem. The original box it was in had been torn up at the open end and taped back pretty well. Sure enough upon opening it I found a used brush with hair still entangled in the bristles. Yuck. I checked back on the description on the website, just to make sure I didn't misread if the product was being sold used. It stated new. I contacted Tanga and they refunded me right away which I really appreciate. As far as how the curling brush works, I couldn't say. I did clean it out and donated it to local charity.
