I bought these snowboots because they "adjustable" straps looked like they'd be good for accomodating both small legs and some pants tucked in if the weather was really cold. Unfortunately, the tiny design of the velcro makes it hard to tighten the straps much (there's only a little square that is sticky, the rest of it is all elastic) AND it's not very secure. The straps pop off very easily when my toddler is just walking. And even worse, the hard plastic bottom rubs so roughly on my little one's ankle, that she got an angry red blister after walking only a little bit in them, despite wearing socks. We've never had that issue before with other boots. Very disappointed. I wish I could return but we didn't know about these issues till after we'd used the shoes in the rain.
