I was worried that they would not be wide enough to fit my orthotics but they are. And with the orthotics, I have sufficient support. They absolutely could not be cuter and seem to be comfortable. I am concerned about what other reviewers have said about the back of the shoe causing blisters and the studs falling off. As I have not worn them out yet, I haven’t had time to get a full trial with them. I hope I don’t have that experience with them because a missing stud or 2 would kill the look. And by the way, these are not gems but studs. At first I thought they were gems as from a little distance, that is how they appear.
