It doesn't seem to reach out to my phone even when close. Not sure if it's me or the tile. It seems to lose contact. But as long as it doesn't lose contact, it's good to locate it. There is a long delay to let me know I left the tile behind also.

This is a neat little thing to have,,got it for my daughter who is always losing her car key,,Not anymore

It’s nice. Except it’s not compatible with my iPhone 6. It’s not even an ancient phone and still it’s not up to date enough, so the product is a touch classist. If you don’t have a good enough phone, you can forget about using this product.

Seems to be working...I got it yesterday. Easy set up. Im using it on my key ring and for my phone.

It helps me locate my device when I can't find it. Tile seems a little expensive to me but is good insurance for my expensive device.

It works good but it needs to be louder. I deducted one star for that reason.

Literally this was a life saver for my dad who loses his keys all the time! My favorite aspect is the reverse "phone finding" feature that will make your phone ring, even when it's on silent. Definitely worth the $20!! My brother also got one that works with his Android phone, so it's not iPhone only. 10/10 would recommend

It works fine but does have a lot of distance but still a great thing to have.

The volume of alert was not loud enough for me. I am otherwise pleased with the Mate. Will return for next upgrade & louder sounding model.
