I was very excited to use this product, it was very easy to set up. I have had issues of misplacing my keys or phone (you can ring your phone from the tile itself) and easily found it in my house due to these features. The one time I truly needed my tile, it did not work. I put my purse down in a train station that had my tile inside, I know for a fact I was within range from it and it did not go off. When I was standing in the same room as it (the lost and found area) it did not go off or pick up the signal. It actually took about 10 minutes of me holding my keys in my hand to once again pick up the signal. Beyond disappointed in this product, not worth it.

The concept was great, I constantly struggle to find my phone and uses my landline or my partner's mobile to find it. But everytime I press on the tag twice to get my phone to ring, it started beeping because it was not connected to the phone Only when I found the phone and go to the application then it start pairing again. I read somewhere you have to keep the app running instead of closing it to ensure it keeps pairing with the tag but it still fails.

El cacharro ya de primeras tiene un fallo de diseño enorme, la tapita de la pila se quita con nada, lo cual hace que si lo llevas en las llaves la vas a perder y tambien la pila, con lo cual dejará de funcionar, si lo llevas en un bolso y alguien te lo roba tarda menos de 2 segundos en quitar la pila y desactivarlo. PERO NO ES LO PEOR, el cacharro en sí tiene un pase, pero resulta que si no pagas una suscricpción de 34 euros al año, no sirve para apenas nada, no te avisa si te alejas del bolso o las llaves, no te avisa de los sitios donde ha ido estando si lo pierdes o te lo roban, etc. No lo compréis si no estáis dispuestos a pagar una suscripción de 34 pavos al año para que funcione la mayor parte de las funciones (las más necesarias) NO LO RECOMIENDO

I finally decided to buy this product after misplacing my keys. Unfortunately I've found this product to work only when it feels like it. I was in the same room literally a foot away and my keys were in my jeans and it didn't go off. Yet it conveniently likes to go off in my pocket when I'm out in public. It makes a loud beeping noise and everyone will look at you and of course it will be the one time it actually connects and your phone will go off as well! So you'll look like a total idiot. Within a day of having this in my pocket it got all scratched and discoloured. I really expected more....... couple of months later and this thing is actually the worst product. I can't even believe they try and upsell you on premium features when it can't even do the job it's supposed to do. Save your money!

Tile *** Chipolo è nettamente il migliore! + Suono potente + App perfetta + Integra opzioni a pagamento su Tile + Si collega in pochi secondi + impermeabile - Unica fregatura: la skills per Alexa è in inglese e non funziona in italia. Per questo 4 stelle. Io tengo il Bluetooth scollegato sul cellulare, e quando ne ho bisogno attivo il Bluetooth e L’app trova subito le chiavi. Questo con tutti e tre. ** Mousegear è secondo solo perché non é impermeabile E l’app è leggermente meno curata, ma come funzionamento sono entrambi ottimi * Tile ha tempi più lunghi per collegarsi ed alcune funzioni si pagano con abbonamento. Pessimo. Sconsigliatissimo! Ah chi sconsiglia chipolo perché pensa che sia un gps non ha compreso il funzionamento del Bluetooth. Se solo qualcuno mi avesse dato queste info prima ;)

Die Tile habe ich gekauft, da Handy oder Schlüsselbund relativ häufig mal verlegt sind und ein Tile bei der Suche eigentlich eine tolle Hilfe sein sollte. Dieses Produkt hier funktioniert einfach nicht richtig, es ist schlicht das schlechteste Bluetooth-Produkt, das ich je gekauft habe. Die Installation war halbwegs problemlos, die App erzwingt aber eine Registrierung und das Einschalten der Ortungsdienste. Das Tile selbst lässt sich danach vom Handy aus meistens nicht fnden, selbst wenn das Gerät neben dem Handy liegt, jeder zehnte Versuch geht vielleicht. Finden des Handy über das Tile ist praktisch unmöglich. Zweimaliges Drücken des Tile führt zur akustischen Meldung, dass die Suche läuft und findet dann grundsätzlich nichts. Das ist einfach nur schlecht. Werde versuchen, das Gerät zurückzugeben.

No lo volvería a comprar, es un localizador siempre que esté al alcance de bluetooth, pero si quieres que te avise cuando pierda esa conexión, esa opción es de pago, vamos que se las dos opciones imprescindibles que debe tener él 50% es DE PAGO. Buscare otra alternativa, está me ha decepcionado.

Terrible, it will find the phone fine, but when you want to find the tile it works about 1 time out of every 20 and doesn't work from a distance of more than a couple of meters away. I bought tile instead of a cheap knock off because I thought that they'd work much better bud sadly I was wrong. Sometimes it doesn't even find my keys when I'm right next to them! It's basically an expensive weight in your keys, I'll be returning my tile and I strongly discourage anyone from buying this product.

This is probably the worst piece of technology I’ve ever seen. You literally have to be right in front of your keys for this to work. Pointless and a waste of $.

When it works it's fine but it does not work 90 percent of the time. The GPS tells you the last location. Must have Bluetooth on at all times.
