Once the item left the house it stops working

Great until you can't find your phone because the app has disconnectef

It never finds my keys..... I have to be standing next to them for it to work. Bit hit and miss for me.

Just don’t like that the new app requires sighing in, nothing more frustrating than losing your stuff then trying to rememer sign ins 🙄

It doesn't work all the time. Let's hope it works when I really need it to!

Returned for replacement twice.

Looks great and it’s small enough to fit in your wallet, or wherever you need to. However, it’s a bit too expensive for its functions.

Good battery life. A little difficult to affix to items. Only a small hole to attach

Good gadget WHEN IT WORKS. Quite often your phone is unable to connect to the tile

I am not sure if I had a dodgy one but it doesn't click/ beep to find. Worked the first two and then hasn't worked since. My husband's and another one we bought (the pro version) work great so not sure if it's because it's the mate version or just a dud.
