It arrived with a dead battery, not really sure how that works when it's a 2020 model LOL. Seemed to work okay once the battery was replaced. I gave it as a gift.

Doesn’t always register right away when I’m looking for my keys. Sometimes have to wait a minute or two, even if they’re 10 feet from me

after about a month or so of using the battery is already almost dead. dont locate often but the product is terrific.

Easy to install, easy to use. It always works from the phone to the tile, but it only works from the tile to the phone if the app is active in the background. A little disappointed

This is easy to set up and use. I use it on my key fob. I can use it to find my phone if it's misplaced too. I just use the free features. For my needs that is all I need.

Didnt work when I left my phone in the garden . I was standing by it and clicking the tile but my phone never made a sound. Good thing I remembered where I put my phone down. Went to the house then it worked fine. Not sure why it didn’t work in the garden.

Just ordered a new one since I have an awful habit of losing my keys with my wallet on it!!! Super helpful and have definitely helped me before. Only reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they would make a rechargeable one!! The battery lasts pretty long but a rechargeable version would be better for the environment

I like the concept and it is easy to use for one person, I found problems cross devices if you shared location. And it was a pain to have to reinstall. But overall still not that bad.

For now i use it to find my car keys. Wish it was able to track on google maps. So I can put on my dogs collar in case in get lose
