Item is not as pictured... it’s not the size it’s supposed to be. It also is not sturdy. I didn’t get it on the day it was supposed to be delivered an now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use nor can I return. I give it 0 stars all the way around

Damaged and defective product!

This product is very uncomfortable to use. It's a bad design honestly. The grip at the top hurts your hands, the monitor that counts your rep is positioned where your face will eventually want to go as you are attempting to perform the crunches and the monitor is under your chin poking you. Overall the design is not good and it is disappointing.

Received yesterday broke the next day.Unsatisfied with the product I was at my 89 count when it gave up.I’m 5’5 210 lbs

The digital screen never worked. I tried fixing it myself and nothing. They did send a brand new screen which never worked either.

I received this missing the T shaped bracket. The part that stands the machine up. This is the second workout item that came missing pieces. Very annoying.

Ordered one of these, NEW. Got one that was clearly used, the box was torn up, and it had huge holes everywhere. When I opened the package, everything was just thrown in the box, none of the wrappers were on any of the parts, and even the hardware (at least what was left of it) was just thrown in the bottom of the box. There were no directions, and after spending 20 minutes trying to figure out how to assemble it, I realized MOST of the hardware was missing. Big disappointment. Don't waste your money.

If you're new to using something like this you're going to have to use the bottom slots so it's at its lowest point. Problem is the bottom two slots do not match up so you cannot put the pin in them which makes them unusable. This was very disappointing to me now I'm going to have to pay someone to re-drill the bottom two slots so the pin will go through it. All in all I was very disappointed. I paid for the more expensive one so I'd have better quality and was let down don't waste your money. And the need padding isn't very good.

I've owned it for a while, it was easy to put together, and I used it once. I'm too Damn fat. It feels like I'm trying to pull all of my gut right up to my fat face. Not gonna work. But it makes an excellent clothes rack. 👍👍👍I love it.
