I really wasn’t sure how this ab machine was gonna work given I’ve had 4 kids my oldest 7 and my youngest 7 months and I haven’t had a flat stomach in about 8 years, but this machine has given me some hope in achieving my goals!!! Super glad I bought it it’s not hard to use at all, if you’re not in the best shape like me you just have to start off slow and I’m sure I will be doing more reps with no problem :)
