I love my ab machine. I’ve been using it for a few days. And I must say I feel the burn. It’s definitely working. No pain, No gain. I recommend it. I watch my shows as I workout

The first day I got this i got on less than 5 minutes just to try it out, I was thinking this is nothing. The next day I was eating those words. I was so sore couldn't get back on it for another couple days. So, yes it works. Also, I'm 5"5 have no trouble with it

Not at all what I expected way better I like this machine it motivates me and you see results if you stick to it real quick but it's not easy cuz you have to use your own body weight so get motivated and have fun

There was no problem putting it together. It is light to lift and carry when relocating its place. It is also sturdy. I'm an active 60-year-old woman but never fond of ab workouts. I have been looking for simple and easy-to-use home equipment that strengthens the ab muscles without putting strain on the back or neck. On my first try on it, I did 1 set, 20 reps at a steady pace that was comfortable for me, and I must say, it was a workout. I felt the burn—no straining on my back or neck. My forearms/triceps/upper back, and shoulders also had their workout. You'll use these areas to pull yourself up to a crunch, making it a bonus workout. The battery operated LCD monitor is made of cheap plastic, but it is a nice feature to have if you want to count reps, minutes and track your time. Overall, I'm enjoying the use of it while getting a good workout.

This machine definitely tones your abs and legs -- but be forewarned, you'll work for it. The motion of bringing your knees up to your chest (while pulling with your arms) is not easy -- but results are what count, and this does bring results with persistence. I set reasonable goals for reps -- it can be tough on your lower back, especially if you're my age and um ... not 30 ... or 40 ... anymore ;) Bottom line: worth it, but give yourself permission to do just a few reps per session -- especially at first, when even 5 or 10 minutes can feel like a lot. It will get easier over time!

Ok.... so I have no clue why there are bad reviews on this thing. My husband & I love it. He’s 6’4’ & I am 5’2’ & it works perfectly for BOTH of us. $100 for this is a steal! Arrive in 2 days, definitely not a scam!
