A snap pulled off the first time I touched it. I should have returned it.

Like that it fits well in a tote or midsized backpack. Used it so far for a work trip and a long vacation and it kept my items really organized.Only thing is 1 zipper pull immediately started to fray but overall not a big deal.Nice if you change bags often or for flights/travel/ work.

These have a lot more pockets than I expected & zippers. It is a lot smaller than expected also. The material is not very durable and the inside pockets have ripped. Not worth purchasing. I gave three stars because of the pockets and storage spaces

I loved this bag upon receipt to help organize important items when traveling. I love the pockets and the size, it fits a lot. However, only a day into the trip I bought it for, the lining of the inside pocket started unraveling. I may exchange or buy a new bag because it is a great price, but I expected it to hold up a little better.
