If I could give this 0 stars I DEFINITELY WOULD. We bought this on December 13th by Christmas the plastic cap that screws into the actual shower head had broken and we had to duct tape it to shower. It also broke where you hang the shower head up on. Very cheap and plastic is so brittle would not recommend because you’re going to be so upset.

Laughable water pressure. The “strongest” setting is comparable to the weakest setting on my old shower head. For the name brand/price I’d expect better

They really designed this thing to be impossible to get out of the package. I have been working on this for 30 minutes now and still can’t get it out. Thanks!

After cutting up my fingers trying to just get it out of the package, the shower head leaked like crazy from the swivel ball. Returned hassle free and purchased a different shower head elsewhere.

This worked fine for months than one day, no pressure. Took it apart made sure tho obstruction. Still no pressure. This would get 0 stars from me think this is an issue with the switch

Was supposed to be 8 feet of hose, it is 5ft. Really disappointed and probably will return.

I ordered this one before and it was fine, I liked the different settings and the temporary shut off button but it accidentally broke and we got the same one to replace it. The new one water stream is so much lighter and it just so annoying to use. Unfortunately I threw away the package and can’t return it
