The heat distribution is even, it is nonstick and this feature is very important to me because I love steak that I will need the frying pan easy to clean and won’t hurt the coating after heavy oil cooking. Heating and cooking has been even too. I wish it came with a lid but it's not a deal breaker! Note that this does not work for induction cook tops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve used this pan twice to make pepper lunch (rice, beef, onion, corn, in a soy glaze sauce) and this shrimp fettuccine and I will say that it’s SO easy to clean. Everything slides right off, but still gets good charring pieces for added flavor, like when I cooked the shrimp for my pasta! The heat distribution throughout the pan is also great too. I’m super happy about this campaign and glad I have a great pan for future dishes! I think I might be replacing my go-to pan with this one!
