I wish I would’ve gotten the bigger size, but this size if perfect for small stir-frying. The handle doesn’t get hot while cooking, which I was concerned with, at first. Overall, good pan and I would love to find the whole set.

Frying an egg has never been so easy. Slides right out and cleans up so easily. The heat was definitely evenly distributed throughout the whole pan. I give this pan 5⭐.
