I needed an inexpensive additional display that I use with the IPCam plugin and running off AC power. This was the fraction of the cost of a Chromebox and a display, or a new Chromebook. No more software updates, but for what I use it for that shouldn't matter.

The only issue some might have is that it's not the current Chrome OS, but for me, it does everything I need it to doI have another Chromebook I used to write a book on and had such a positive experience with that one that I looked for a referbished model with a bigger screen Cosmetically, it was in fine shape and If your needs are basic, this one is a winner.The price was more than right as well.

I'm using it for home personal use and I'm sure it's a very fine computer but the keyboard didn't work that was my main thing I never really got to use it but I feel like it was a good Friday to except for that
