I purchased two of these bags. I like how big and roomy they are, perfect for traveling both domestically and internationally. The two bags inside (one for toiletries, the other for electronic cables) are an amazing addition. I like how they have attachments for them inside the bag. There are so many things this bag does/have that I had to mess around with it to figure how to use them. In my personal opinion the straps are not as big as they should be considering how spacious the bags are. I would suggest the company redo the backpack strap design.

Amazing bag and great quality. Fits so much stuff in addition to laptop. Was able to easily fit 3 to 4 outfits and I wear a size 5xl, and a cpap machine, and had left over room. The portable charger outlet was a huge hit at the airplane during a delay from storms.
This is a fantastic travel backpack and works perfectly as a carry-on. It fits a ton of items and is surprisingly easy to organize using just the built-in compartments—no extra pouches needed. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I’ve had no issues with zippers or straps. Great value for frequent travelers.
I'm a big dude. 6ft3in 285lb. I have broad shoulders, a 52in chest, and a long torso. So all of my stuff is bigger than the average dude. My shoes are 13 or 14 US depending on the manufacturer, as an example. Backpacks are always a challenge, and I live out of one with work and outdoor ~ traveling hobbies. This pack is perfect for all of those things, and has been a comfortable wear on my back. Such a rare and fortunate find in my experience. At Target of all places. 2nd only to my London Bridge 55L tactical bag issued to me in 2010, that is several* hundred dollars. Add a 20L water proof bag, and a charging pack to this Swissgear bag and it's prepared for anything. I keep 3 days worth of clothes, poncho, laptop, etc comfortably.
I'm sure it is a great pack if I could receive the correct product. Ordered this pack but received the wrong item. Multiple emails and return request have been made over the past month with zero response from the company.
