I bought it originally for zucchini zoodles, but today we used it to make beet chips. It made it a lot easier to make them instead of peeling and slicing the beets

The KitchenAid Spiralizer has been fantastic - each meal is unique given a different sauce. We've eaten more zucchini this summer than ever, and have yet to tire of it (grilling it on the barbeque got old fast).
