Got it, got excited only to find out that someone returned it before and so because it was a return at one point, it had no instructions at all, the pieces were loose, and what wasn’t loose was in a small sandwich baggy. I don’t get how someone didn’t at least check the item before selling it again but oh well. I’ll figure it out but I wish I was warned or at least charged less than full price.
Wagon
It’s missing pieces that go to the shade I’m not able to use the shade part

I did not like the price. Especially since the handle gets stuck. And the caps kept falling off the wheels. I also didn’t like how you would have to attach and unattached the velcro underneath the wagon.

This is so hard to push. My husband works out 5-6 times a week, he’s very fit and has a strong core. He even had a hard time pushing this and maneuvering this wagon. We took it to a local amusement park that is not hilly and smooth concrete and we still had a hard time pushing this. We are used to strollers with suspension like uppababy. It is easy to fold but the folding handle didn’t work so we had to push the bars on the bottom to fold. I bought this wagon to try to use for a year before getting a better quality wagon. I am 9 months pregnant and wanted something lightweight that I could travel with by myself with my two kids 4 and 2. The wagon is one of the lightest wagons I found but I could not push this being pregnant. It requires a lot of effort to push. I have to return this. I realized how important an easy to push stroller is for me. However, my kids really liked to ride in it and overall seemed like it was sturdy and good quality aside from the wheels. The wheels showed wear on them immediately.

My toddler daughter loves the wagon, if your toddler won’t go in a stroller I totally recommend a wagon! , I am ok with it. I do like you can push it like a stroller And at a good price point. However, Out of the box one of the back wheels is wonky already, the sides of the material are stretched, the front wheels don’t turn well ( bad design) they tried to improve the wagon pull lever and just made it heavy and awkward and the push lever doesn’t adjust really to a comfortable height ... this thing could be great but just not the most thoughT out design

We received 3-in-1 Tailgater Wagon w Canopy (Model #3962Z-3_18163), as a gift for my twin beautiful granddaughters without Canopy (Missing!). On its FIRST ride to park and back home we discovered the M6 X 54 Screw & M6 NYLOC (Lost) came off and Handle was about to come off. Had I not noticed in due time, I am sure the Wagon may have wondered away easily off the sidewalk!! I noticed M6 X 54 Screw was of inferior quality (fragile-easily rupturable), was not long enough barely holding on M6 NYLOC on a few threads & also during kids ride the Wagon is a bit hard to maneuver with resistance! I bought the good quality (Stainless Steel) M6 X 63 Screw with M6 Hex Nut & Acorn Nut with Lock Washers and fixed the Handle making sure from then on each ride that it is holding fast and doesn't come off. So far it is working good. One suggestion is there should be a thicker vertical cushion with thin plastic board sandwiched near the Handle so that it will not strike against kid sitting near the handle during the maneuver, also, hardwares and other materials should be used of better quality, especially for the Safety of Kids.

Great idea but cheaply made. Damages on the first day of use. Returning.

After light to moderate use for less than a week, The stitching is aleady coming undone and will need repairing. There is only one stitch line per seam and the thread is stretched and breaking at all stress points. The foam on the handle is ripping and will require replacement soon. The canopy does not really work in the rain and sags creating a puddle in the middle and dumping it periodically on the inside of the cart. I tried emptying the canopy rain puddle while walking, and it just dumped more water inside the cart everytime. The canopy snaps are ..... well they exist and help hold it on a tiny tiny little bit. But not really effective and the snaps come off for seemingly no reason while the stroller is in use. The velcro loop on the bottom of the cart that attaches the shell to the frame is already completely ripped off and I will need to re-sew it on or fix it with a better replacement. The zippers on the side are reinforced with more badly made and cheaply stitched velcro strips that are already ripping off and will need replacement Overall, there are obvious cost saving measures on this product that are already breaking or broken. It looks nice and rolls, but feels cheap and I'm annoyed to be fixing it already. I won't purchase again, there are better options available.

Pros: folds easily. I like that one side opens. Cons: This is very unwieldy to navigate up a curb from the pushing handle. You really need to be pulling it. Pushing this up a hill is more difficult than a stroller. The push handle broke after less than three uses. The straps are too short for a 2yo. It is heavy. I took it back and got the Baby Trend Expedition

this has been amazing for my two sons who love sitting in it. We can also load stuff in it along with the boys. Buckles are nice BUT the brakes broke after first use, I had to take off the entire thing because it just came lose, also it was missing one part so I guess that’s why it kept pulling apart. Otherwise we like this becaus it fits in our car as well
