Don’t buy. It is defected

I ordered the stroller wagon twice with the same result, no wheels in the box. It seems like that would be critical for you to check that wheels would be included. Cant use the product without them. Very disappointed.

My husband put this together and striped out 2 screws, couldn't take it apart to send it back because couldn't get the screws back out! Not very happy with the purchase.

There is a part of the buckle that has already broken and we have not had the wagon for 2months. This was the 3rd time using this wagon and I’m disappointed in the quality. The wagon has a lot of bells and whistles but quality is lacking.

Notice all of the positive reviews are from people who received the item for free. We were so excited to receive this stroller wagon and shipping kept getting delayed so when we finally received it me and my four kids couldn’t wait to put it together. Putting it together was impossible. I am crying tears of frustration. The pieces did not fit together smoothly, so metal on metal grinding was occurring which meant metal shavings and flakes of paint were everywhere. I can’t get it together so I guess we will be returning it. I thought it would come already put together since it is advertised as being able to fold up and store easily. So sad and on the hunt for a different wagon now.

In general it put together ok but you would think it would be so much easier and the pieces would fit better. It is bulky and awkward once it is put together. To open the push handle you have to use both hands and closing it I pinch my fingers because of the design. The pull handle was not sent at the right angle to automatically pop on and screw in place so I spent an hour trying to decide what I did wrong before I finally put it on incorrectly and was able to adjust the handle. The material all seem nice but they put cheap parts for the cover and the snaps are not even worth trying to snap the cover on. It feels a lot heavier than the 29lbs it’s supposed to be and no real way to keep it closed. Important part my son loves it. Me, great idea but no follow through with product testing or quality control.

We purchased this wagon about 9 months ago for our babies 1 and 3 year old whom both together are way less than the recommended weight for this wagon. The wagon was good at first because of the way it handled and the look of course ! But after sometime the wheels from the front started to drift to the right side and would my go over any small rocks or cracks causing it to stop while our little ones were in inside. My husband actually flipped the wagon over to straighten the wheels out with a hammer and did that more than once because again the wheels would start drifting to the right if it went over any little thing . Now the zipper recently broke and I’m not sure how since we only put our kids in there. Over all the wheels aren’t sturdy and the quality is bad since the zipper broke . I’m very disappointed and wish it was sturdy and dependable since we really liked the style of it I would not recommend to anyone

I’ve had the wagon for about 4 months. Only use while shopping and the occasional visit to museum. It’s falling apart!

on our second time using it, we went over a small bump on the sidewalk and the front wheel got totally busted. A waste of $150

After one time of use the strollers handle will not stay up, so I had to use the pull option which I’m not a fan of on my rest of vacation with two kids. Such an inconvenience.
