I'm a woman who wears size xxl/ or 18 in tops. the size medium fit well as there is stretchiness to the fabric and this top runs very large. it fits regular to slightly fitted. if I wanted baggy I would do a size large but this is the fit I prefer. large would be too big in the arms and shoulders. I'm very happy they had this in my local target
