I got tired of my curly hair being a wild untamed mass in the mornings. I'd have to go at it with a pitchfork, machete, and industrial detangler in the mornings. I'd always been skeptical that a pillowcase could make a big difference, but boy does it! The learning curve was that I had to start using a pillow to begin with because I wasn't buying satin sheets- I'm a night sweater, EWW!, but once did, good hair mornings happen! I dont have to approach the day ready for battle. My curls don't become a tangled mush. Idk how soft they are, other than to say I find them perfectly comfy but haven't used pillows in so long prior to this I don't even know what other pillow cases feel like.

I debated about getting these for a long time; I’d wanted satin sheets but was recalling past satiny sheets of my childhood, mostly with an ugly sheen to them. These, while satin, are nowhere near that level of sheen/tackiness. I bought the ones in grey for our bedroom for the pillows we lay our heads on and I think they look quite nice.I’ve had them for a few months now.Pros: In addition to them being super comfy, they don’t get hot like my cotton ones, and when I go to bed with my hair wet (which I do often), my hair is much less frizzy and more smooth when I wake up.They’re super easy to clean and don’t stain. I wash the pillowcases in cold on a gentle cycle and dry them by laying them flat on top of my washing machine and dryer. Make sure you lay them out smooth when you dry them or they’ll be a little wrinkled. I use a gentle fabric softener and detergent when I wash them and I haven’t noticed any stains or discoloration.The ONLY drawback, if I had to find one, is sometimes the pillow moves while it’s in the pillowcase, so the edges of the pillowcase don’t line up with the edge of the pillow. But it’s easy to adjust the pillowcase to make it evened out again, so I don’t really consider that an issue.

Perfectly silky pillowcases. These do not have a zipper (which I prefer) so eventually your pillows may slip around or out of the cases, but this isn't an issue if you tidy or make your bed every once in a while. I definitely recommend these.

These are the best satin pillow cases I have ever bought! Inexpensive and wonderful!! I bought these to keep my curly hair frizz free and easier to refresh in the morning with little work. I am extremely satisfied with these pillow cases. Definitely buying more so I can switch out weekly as I clean my bed sheets, but also so I have backups for when we take vacations. Fits my queen size pillow perfectly and the flap does not come undone so no worries on the pillow slipping out. The material is so soft and not only does it keep my hair frizz free so I wake up with beautiful curls, but it also helps with wrinkles on the face (one great tool for additional anti-aging). Easy to clean. It says to wash on gentle cycle, but I just washed them normally with my more delicate clothing and they were just fine. No bleeding on any of my clothes even on the first wash. I still followed the tumble dry on low directions because I want them to last as long as they can :) Although they won't break the bank if you needed to order more!

Love these pillow cases! This color is it!! I feel like a princess sleeping on them. I got the king size and it fits great!

I have these in four colors now, and have bought a set for each of my daughters, too. We all have curly hair that tends to frizz and become pretty wild in the morning after sleeping - we can rock some serious "bed head!" These satin pillow cases are a great way to minimize that. I've tried sleeping in bonnets, and I just can't keep them on. This way, I don't have to. The satin feels soft and cool to the touch, and minimizes roughing up the shaft of each hair as I roll around on my pillow each night. I wake up with much more tame hair now, and bring my pillow cases with me when I travel now, too. Even the finest cotton sheets feel rough compared to these, and I've become accustomed to them. Can't live without them, now! And the price can't be beat! I would not hesitate to purchase these again, and again, and again....

After reading an article that said these pillows helped with hair breakage and were actually better for your skin, I bought two sets. One for myself and one for my daughter in college. I will absolutely be purchasing more! I slept on them the same day we got them. I washed them with another set of sheets, dried them on a regular setting and put them on my pillows without any issues of shrinking or messing up the color. I also put my hair in curlers. I slept very comfortably (not sure if it was the pillowcases but it was an unusually good nights sleep for me). Normally when I sleep in curlers my hair the next morning is pretty fuzzy where it comes out of the curler and I have to use moose to tame the scalp area, not today. My hair stayed in all night and wasn't fuzzy at all! So what they say (at least about the hair) is true! The only downside is that the colors are not what I expected based on the description. I ordered dark grey which is really more of a silvery grey and I ordered aqua green for my daughter, which also looks like light silver (no green or blue tones at all so not sure how they got the color name). That part wasn't really a big deal for me because I like to mix and match colors, but if you are looking to color match to a sheet set, then you might be disappointed, so bear in mind.
