Needs a window for air to escape otherwise you’re fighting the wind the whole time! Also you lay on a tarp style material, it’s not very comfortable

Did not stay anchored in the sand. Windy days are a no go.

yea the stakes are no bueno

This is difficult to assemble and requires multiple people. Not practical for using af the beach or at a park.

This cannot be assembled by a single person, therefore not useful for a parent alone at the beach with kids.

Very complicated to set up. This is not a pop up tent, this is a tent that you need to set up.
Manu
A beach shelter that cannot be assembled with moderate wind is pretty useless. We brought it to the beach only to find it was impossible to assemble. Stakes would not stay put no matter how deep into the sand they were. We felt we were a live blooper reel. Returning.

The design feels backward, the sun protection is made of light colored fabric which allows tons of light (HEAT) through and the “floor” fabric is a black tarp which also gets incredibly hot. It may protect you from sunlight, but it will overheat you in the process. This was purchased to protect an infant from sun and heat - it was fairly easy to put together, but otherwise unusable for its intended purpose.

Metal spikes were not durable enough to hold tent up against the wind. Stood up for maybe one minute before I took it down.

we took this to the beach for sun protection. It basically just blocks any wind. The tarp gets so hot that you can't stand on it. It was probably 20+ degrees hotter in the tent, so we couldn't even use it. Would NOT recommend.
