Jeans are well made and design accommodates my special needs granddaughter who wears braces

I'm so glad I gave these a try! If you're a wheelchair user, give them a go- you won't be sorry. They are easy to pull on, even while sitting in your chair! they're soft and stretchy with flat seams/no bum pockets to help prevent pressure sores. instead of just being tight high waisted or dipping down with a high back-they have an extra stretch panel in the tummy which feels so good. they are extra long so they don't rise up. they lay so flat and nice! these affordable jeans fit and feel better than some adaptive jeans I've paid triple the price for! I LOVE them. I've been able to wear them for 6-9 hrs at a time with no irritation or red marks at all. I have not worn them longer than that. I am very boney from atrophy tho so I do get irritation from things like pockets and seams. there is a con. the zippers up the calf only go halfway up the calf and only expand the jean vs actually opening it up to expose the calves. I was still able to buckle up my AFOs by unzipping and pulling the lower portion of the jean up as high as I could but if you're dealing with a higher level brace or prosthetic leg- you will likely run into issues. please note these are pull on only- no upper side zips or velcro. I'm 5'6, 99lbs and size 0 fit perfectly. hope all the above helps! excuse any typos or weird writing please.

Perfect for a wheelchair user. The waist is so much more comfortable than regular jeans since there's no zipper or button to stick in you. They're also higher in the back so they don't stick out while seated. They're a little long but not too bad. Material is stretchy, not too thick, and very comfy. Definitely recommend.

I have struggled my entire life with my weight. After having my daughter 6 years ago and acquiring a pooch I can not get rid of regardless of the amount of weight I lost. I then quit smoking 3 months before Lockdown in which I lived in Yoga pants. Since going back into Office to work I've become severely depressed and discouraged in finding pants that fit. If I purchased to fit my hips/ waist, then the rest were super baggy and not at all flattering. If I purchased to fit my legs and butt.... jeans were not going to button without a muffin top. THESE fixed ALL OF IT!! I was a little worried that they were just maternity pants. they are not. They do have belt loops but was a bit disappointed in no pockets. Front pockets please! I'm not too disappointed because I'm handing over all of my money to buy more. Take my Money Target.

Very nice and comfortable. At 5’5” and 250 pounds, I chose the 18 size and it fits just fine. I do wish that I had been able to order the 18 short instead of the 18 regular inseam. I was aware that may be an issue but I went for it anyway based on the reasonable price. It’s just a touch too long when I’m sitting in my wheelchair but it’s fine enough that I’m not bothered to need to wait for the short to come back in stock. But I know my body so i would say it’s true to size. The zipper feature is useful for me and I’m overall pleased to have two pairs to rotate through that weren’t incredibly expensive. For those who use wheelchairs, this is a good buy.

These are the first adaptive pants I have ever seen and Target thought of everything. This is not a paid review. I bought these for myself, do not have any medical conditions, but have handicapped teenagers. For reference I am 5'9" 130 lbs and normally buy a 4 long in jeans. I purchased the dark jean color and the black in 4 regular. The black are not made out of jean material they are a bit softer, stretchier and look more dressy. These are obviously made to help people that wear leg braces so they are much longer than normal pants. They are also narrow in the hips but have two good size belt loops to help you pull them up. If someone had low muscle tone, sizing up might be necessary to make them easier to pull up. The black are dressy enough for work but extreamly comfortable. They feel like yoga pants but look dressier. I will continue to support Target for thinking of people with adaptive needs.
