Loved the juicer!

I have a pretty old juicer, like 10?+ years old at this point. No idea how much it cost but its a very bare bones juicer. No fancy lid with a metal holder to force into place with fake nails and almost ripping one off (that was fun with wet hands) and no over designed.... weird cup like this one (i tossed out the extra peices to the cup, couldnt even figure out what they did). U just place the bucket, a cup and twist the lid into place and go. Greatly prefer my old one, works better too.But this one is fine when im not fighting it to get it put together. As someone who likes medium length fake nails (NOT super long at all, my natural ones get this long too) the metal bad is horrible. Im pretty weak too so honestly its super annoying getting the lid on and that bar into place. Ive taken to just grabbing a wooden spoon and whacking it or wedging it under and pushing it up. Havent broken it or felt like i was going to, so thats nice! Its sturdy :). Everything else is quick and painless.Now it doesnt do a whole lot of juice before you need to open it up and get the pulp out before you make more. It also doesnt get even close to all the juice out of a apple. I cut one up and weighed out about the same amount and put em through this juicer and my old one, old one took more of the juice out :/. Not bad for the price, its not like the pulp was still soaking wet or anything. If you really cared you could dump it back into the juicer, that helped spin more out but meh.If it didnt have the bar id love this juicer. I dont make juice for several people or a whole pitcher full, just enough for one sitting. So for me this juicer is perfectly fine. Ive gotten a good 15oz? 20oz? out of some apples before i felt like i HAD to open it and get some pulp out.Cleaning is about as annoying as my old juicer. Gotta pull it all apart and shake off into the trash or yard for my birds. Then i just rinse it off, use a bottle brush to get the bits outta the metal mesh part and let it air dry. Not hard at all

This is my first juicer and it worked great especially for the price. Easy to put together also.

I chose this juicer for me because it's easy to clean and use. Plus it has a lot of blending power. And when you can no longer eat solids like I can't, being able to juice everything is extremely important. Purees and peanut butter are just about my only nutrition. So this juicer is a Godsend.
