Very efficient and quick to deliver ice. Does what it was bought for. The negatives are minor and can be dealt with. This includes being a little louder than anticipated, ice melting in the unit of not removed and transferred to a real freezer, and not making 2 different size cube. The melt is addressed in the instructions and be eliminated. The 2 sizes I thought I bought, maybe a different version model, could be my mistake. The noise - it is what it is. So minor. Overall, glad for my purchase.
