I was so excited to get this for my kids. When I gave it to them it entertained them for a while. But then the velcro started coming off the ornament pieces. Everyday I am having to reglue the velcro back on. I didn't realize that it had set velcro pieces on the tree, so you can only put the pieces where the velcro is. Atleast those velcro pieces are sewn onto the tree so they won't come off. This item had such high ratings I thought it would be perfect. I guess I should have done some more research on other items like it.

I would return, but the window closed yesterday. This will be going in the trash. The first piece of Velcro that came off, I thought ok I can fix this, but by the fifth time, I decided it’s garbage. I bought it to entertain my toddler while we put the big tree up, but she’s not interested since it keeps breaking ugh

I don’t know how this ever got good reviews but this item is cheaply made. We only placed the ornaments once and when we took it off, the velcro ripped off as well. About 1/3 of the Velcro ripped off so we can’t even use the ornaments. Within 15 minutes my family went from being super excited to super disappointed. This is a piece of garbage!
