[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start by saying that this mouse is awesome! The RGB is amazing! It’s totally customizable. The colors are vibrant and crisp. I upgraded to this from the razor diamondback. They are nowhere close in comparison. Even tho the basilisk weighs 101grams, it feels super light weight. I think it’s because of the speed flex cable. I can’t even tell it’s there! This thing has 10 programmable buttons! You can even program it to fit your mouse pad! Another thing I like is the wheel can be switched from free spin to tactile which come in handy depending on the gameplay. I totally recommend the basilisk if your looking for a top gaming mouse at a fraction of the dent in your pocket!

Really ergonomic, fast and precise. Also have plenty of programmable button. I like the design and lights as well. Recommended to gamers. Overall 9/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a week ago and I love it I use it for my lab top for school work it works amazing. I love how it changes colors. it works on hard surfaces so you don't need a mouse pad to be able to work it. I love the design it's not to big it's not to bulky. There is nothing I would say bad about this item I highly recommend it to anyone with a lab top or a gaming system

First off.. Wow gaming mice have come down in the past few years it seems.. This is GREAT for the price! (Remember the Razer Diamondback??) Longer clickers than I thought they would be but work just fine for FPS and any game i've used. I'm not sure if I can go back to a mouse without the button to make the scroll wheel just go full fidget spinner mode.. I'm not kidding a really do like it, it's useful too. I get some little crumbs or whatever microscopic things that scrape underneath the mouse which can be annoying (I use the Razer Sphex V2 mousepad) but it's not the mouse's fault I suppose. The different color lights look great and the Razer program works just fine imo. The button mapping can be a bit funky but totally doable. I figured out that you can't really create another "Mouse 6", instead you need to just assign the button (between Mouse 4 and Mouse 5 on the map) using the "keyboard function" to the exact letter or key on the keyboard for the game. You'll see what I mean. Cord is nice, has that braided feel but isn't super stiff (it's been months since I got this not sure how it was in the start but it's fine now).

Lighting settings were easy to understand and configure, there are many features not sure if they all are useful but at least you have them if you need them. It seems very responsive and the profiles you can set up are nice.

Its a good mouse except for the fact that 5 minutes in to using it it started to randomly disconnect and reconnect to my computer

The Razer Synapse software that is required in order to use this mouse is absolute garbage. The mouse is good. But because the software is so bad, I can't recommend this mouse.
