What a fun and unique way to move around and exercise. It is super easy to use, you can easily add and/or remove sections depending on your waist size. It is very smooth to move around the hoop and an easy, space efficiencient work out. I definitely recommend trying out!

When I say this was fun, oh my. Easy to understand steps to create your needed size to begin. Comes with additional pieces to add or replace. The weight is already filled, no worries about filling with sand or water. This one pounder doesn't seem like much, but the longer you go, the more work you have to put in. You will feel it. This does take time to find your rhythm to keep a constant flow, so give it time. This may be something you will need days to adjust to, just like getting results. I found this a great way to have fun, be active, and have a goal you can see. Especially when you begin to remove links. The only issue I had was the link removal. It was harder to do so, and I found myself get pinched between the gaps. This was comfortable to wear during the process and seems to be well made. Take your workouts to the next level.

I was excited to try this is product because honestly it looked fun. I am working on toning up and this seemed like it may help with my ab area. I followed the directions for set up and it was extremely simple and easy to assemble. It has more weight than a hoola hoop which is great because it’s easy to keep it going. I have been doing this along with other workouts and a decent diet. I have noticed my abs are starting to tone out so this combination seems to be working. I am happy because this is a fun exercise I enjoy doing regularly.

Gaiam Weighted Fitness Hoop is really nice. This fitness hoop was a little difficult to get the hang of at first but after figuring it out better it has been a really fun and enjoyable easy exercise that doesn’t have me feeling very sore the next day which is nice. It is a great in between the gym kind of work out. It’s really helped to keep me moving when at home. Since having it I haven’t been as stationary. It is surprisingly comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend this hoop!
