I have had some of Java Factory before and can promise they give the effect of actual coffee. They are the best of the K-cups I have ever had. I keep them in my trunk for when I am sitting in a waiting room, and I do spend time in waiting rooms. I used to drink the mild things that passed for coffee that are offered in the kiosks.Holy Kick, this does it.

This has a very strong vanilla flavor which overpowers any coffee taste. It's still not too bad and was soothing to a sore throat. It smells delicious as it pours into the cup. I would have preferred a bit less vanilla flavor and more coffee taste.It's great for a change of pace or as an after dinner coffee. More of a dessert drink than a breakfast drink.

Not bad, but not amazing. That said, Keurig really doesn't make amazing coffee.

I usually drink at least 2x Keurig coffees a day and have tried many flavors, generally preferring lighter and medium roasts because dark roasts often taste "burnt" to me.I tried the Wakey Wakey light roast coffee and liked it. It was up there with other light roasts I've had. It did seem a little weak compared to medium and bold roasts but light roasts coffees often taste weaker by virtue of the beans being lightly roasted and not packing as much "punch", so that is to be expected.By the way, if you didn't know, when brewed by volume (as in most regular coffee machines) as opposed to weight, then light roast has more caffeine than darker roasts because lightly roasted coffee beans are denser... but the difference is suppose to be "negligible".UPDATE 2015-09-18: I'm reducing my rating to 4 stars. While I like the coffee, it just seems too weak to me to earn 5 stars. I know it's light roast but I still think it's on the weak side for light roast.NOTE: I was sent a free product sample for review. I was not paid or told what to write.

If you want your coffee to make a statement - like waking you up for the day, the Dark and Handsome is a great choice. You get a great cup of coffee every time. The beans are Arabica - the best bean around. It is grown at a higher altitude and you get a variety of subtleties depending on where it was grown and roasted. This one has a nice, bold taste with sultry smoky notes. This is just a darn good cup of coffee. I would definitely pay money for this coffee.

This is pretty good coffee for K-cup coffee. It was strong enough for me to taste (I like coffee strong, and most kcup coffee is just too watery for me, even if I set it to a strong setting) but I only detected a slight hint of vanilla, while I didn't at all taste any butter toffee flavor. I couldn't even smell more than slight vanilla. That said, I really like it and that it actually had a good coffee taste.

Dark and Handsome is pretty smooth coffee. I notice a bit of acidity and I do need a bit of something to cut it since I'm not a fan of black coffee. However, I find the finish worth it. Java Factory has created a fun, dark, and handsome cup of coffee. It brews dark and has a lot of taste for something out of a pod in my experience. I like the fact that Java Factory takes the coffee if not the packaging seriously. Good brew.

I've always enjoyed Java Factory flavors. The coffee is always high quality and the varieties tasty. I drink my coffee with vanilla creamer, so the Vanilla Dream became a little too sweet with the addition of the creamer. If you use non-flavored cream or take your coffee black, this won't be a problem.Also, at under $15, the price point for 24 pods is very good.

I recently started drinking coffee so I don't have a long, extensive list of products that I have tried. I really like iced coffee and especially like it mixed with Muscle Milk since it fills me up with protein and gives me a pick up. Overall, the flavors are very nice but several were better than others. I had no problem using these with my Keurig. We did get a laugh over some of the names and the Wakey Wakey was really on point.

Who doesn't love a lil dark & handsome in the morning that doesn't require you do your hair & make-up?The only downside here is, if you don't have Prime & live on the east coast, this ships from CA & could take over a week to arrive.It is available on Subscribe & Save which made 40 dark & delicious pods about $17. Pretty good for Kcups & you know what day you get them If you're running low.Affordable dark brew is always a winner for this straight black coffee loving gal.
