If you find Keurig coffee tends to be on the watery, bland side, this is worth trying to amp things up. I liked the taste, which was richer without feeling super-acidic or burnt.Mechanically, this worked fine in the office machine. When it comes to capsule machines, if you don’t have access to a Nespresso at work, this is an ok substitute.

This is a tasty cup of coffee. I normally drink French roast and find that this has the nice dark taste and a sufficient pick me up that I need in the morning. This box came with a set of funny nose glasses which was an interesting touch. As far as K cups go, I like the strong stuff and I can't drink the weak coffee from the K cups. This flavor was comparable to my nice dark French roast I normally drink. I would also like to try some of their other flavors as this is a cool company. The coffee is flavorful and the aroma very nice. I would order this in the future.

The coffee has a nice vanilla flavor and the pods work well with my Keurig 2.0. Some older reviews mention problems with coffee grounds clogging the needle, but that seems to happen occasionally with any of the coffees that I buy. It hasn't been a problem with the Vanilla Dream pods so far.The taste seems more complex than some vanilla pods I've bought but I'm not sure I can identify the butter toffee element. Nevertheless, it's a smooth cup of coffee with a nice taste and makes for a great afternoon pick-me-up.

I'm not a fan of flavored coffee -- I drink mine black! However, I recently "went keto" and sometimes when it is cold out.... I want hot chocolate. OK, this is no substitute for hot chocolate, but it is a nice alternative when I am going no carb, but want SOMETHING "warming" beyond coffee! One little box will go a long way, I can't imagine anyone drinking this everyday, but it is a nice hot drink. Think of it as an alternative to coffee, not as flavored coffee....

STRONG aroma of chocolate and coconut. Coffee is definitely the background note with these. I'm not a fan, but my teens love them. The cups fit in the standard Keurig type coffee maker. We hadn't tried this brand before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Will have to keep searching for a regular cup and not the flavored variety. It does smell amazing after brewing a cup. If you like the sweet flavored coffee store drive through drinks, you will likely love these. Add milk and your favorite sweetener and you could make this hot or iced. A definite bargain over that drive through joint!

We have actually purchased these in the past because my spouse is a caffeine addict. I am not one who needs a double shot of it in the morning but it seems to help him perk up a bit. This is fine to make a 10 or 12 oz cup, on the strong setting, as it's still very strong. It does say that 8 oz is recommended.Surprisingly, it does not have the bitter taste of some other bold dark coffees that I've tasted. It has a pretty smooth finish and that's even trying it straight black with sugar. The name is definitely fitting and my husband loves this coffee.

This. Is. Good. Coffee.I like bold and strong coffee. No creamer. No sugar. No complication.Just the coffee please. This blend reminds me of the San Francisco Bay French Roast blend

Yes, it will amp you up. Yes, it is strong both in perk power and strength. No, you will not like this if you like lighter, subtle roasts: it is bold and strong and probably best not to be left around children. Brewing a large cup on our Keurig brewer yields a dark, deeply roasted flavor that is almost too much. We drink our coffee black, but this one almost begs for some dairy to smooth it out. If you need a lot of natural caffeine, this is a decent enough source and less expensive than organic energy drinks (unlike a lot of mainstream drinks, which use laboratory manufactured caffeine that is created in Chinese labs). Potent stuff.

This is a review of the 40 count, Java Factory Variety Pack. I was provided with a free sample for evaluation. The opinions expressed are my own.I love my coffee. My preferred way of enjoying coffee is French Press or pour over but I own a Keurig and when I just gotta have a cup of coffee as fast as possible, I turn to my Keurig. I've tried many types of K-cups and these from Java Factory worked in my machine as well as any others, I never found coffee grounds in my cup nor did the K-cups ever leak.As for the coffee... the variety pack contained both flavored and unflavored coffee, I preferred the un-flavored coffee. All the roasts were great. I particularly enjoyed the Dark and Handsome and Da Bomb both of which were an Extra Bold coffee. Rich and flavorful. The flavored coffees just didn't have much coffee flavor to me. They flavors were just not memorable or that appealing to me.I'll stick with the unflavored coffee and would order them separately next time.

This is a nice tasting, dark roast coffee that, for me, isn't "extra bold". It's bolder than what you'd get out of brewing something like Maxwell House out of a drip coffee maker but it's not a knock your socks off bold coffee taste - somewhere closer to the Starbucks Pike Place K-cup. I use milk with my coffee and the boldness held up well. As a plus, it also gives you a nice freshly brewed coffee smell in the kitchen.I should note that I haven't had any problems with the cups. I've had problems with other brands - Kirkland putting grounds in the coffee and San Francisco just simply plugging up and not brewing at all - but Java Factory has worked great.
