It's ok as a cup, but does not keep coffee hot better than an ordinary cup. Would not buy again.

The real cups we received looks cheap.

The media could not be loaded. I bought a total of 4 glasses (2 packs). One of them has water seeping thru the space in between the double-wall.

Very small, appears cheap.

Both glasses have ugly defects. For this price, will either return or replace.

If you just want a coffee cup, these are fine - but if you want an espresso/demitasse cup for your Espresso machine, these are much too large.

Given that the mugs are approximately $9.00 each, I expected the quality to be better. I feel as if I am drinking out of plastic cups.

One of it broke very very easy!! It’s a shame
