Just purchased one of these paddles for use at my club's outdoor pickleball court. It has a very unique surface and plays better than the paddles they have on hand to borrow. Very happy with the purchase! Sidenote - one of the clubs neigbors is petitioning to limit pickleball hours of operation on account of noise and these paddles may help with side-stepping that concern... which would be swell!

I was hesitant on the unique face material but it has benefits to it. There is a shock factor as opponents aren't familiar with the sound of the face material. The paddle has great control and has a larger sweet spot than a traditional carbon fiber faced paddle. Shots were going where I intended them to go. Even though it's soft, the shape and material of the paddle make it generally head heavy, so there is decent power.

I bought this to use on a court that requires Owl Quiet paddles. Tried it out on an inside court today and I really liked it. Plays like a much more expensive paddle in my opinion. Makes a thud sound instead of a louder popping sound of some other paddles.
