Cheap holes do not line up poorly welded uneven feet

The package came all ripped up and there are no directions in the box to put together. We have yet to be able to figure out how to put it together. The box is so banged and ripped we can't return it in the box. I would not buy. We want to return it but can't figure out how to do that.

This set is beautiful. Sadly, after 6 months the cushions are flat & you can feel the rattan when you sit on it. The fabric & rattan held up beautifully. Looking for cushion inserts now.

I’m one chair in at this point, and it ain’t easy. There were no assembly instructions, but I managed to figure out which pieces fit together (to make at least one of the chairs so far) and had to just take a stab at which length bolts to use. Everything is neatly labeled, but again NO INSTRUCTIONS. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble chair #1. Not cool.

Very poor customer service was unable to get a response for days and finally got instruction Emailed to us! Takes at least 4-5 hrs. to assemble! Was surprisingly small, check dimensions.

Main thing I hated was the fact that the whole thing had to be put together. Took too much time to put together, and it had way TOO many screws!! The screws distract from the look. Additionally, it is very low profile, (you do not seat high enough) I would rather buy at at store where I can see it, touch it and feel it.
