He said they were easy to move in and he liked the extra pockets on the legs. They have zippers so that helps if you need to hold onto keys or a phone and you don’t have to worry about it falling out. These are a keeper. I received an incentive to write this review.

They seem to be light in weight and not too bulky. Also warm and have enough room to fit a layer underneath. These were also perfect length as he was not dragging them. The waist has adjustable waistband. It’s also perfect because it is waterproof which is very important for winter. The length is perfect and the material is also light . I like the design of these pants. They come up above the hip, and there's an elastic cinch strap with velcro on the inside of the waistband for adjusting the size. They feel pretty secure for a pant without a bib. There are also a ton of pockets -- two back pockets with magnetic closures, two zippered hand pockets, and two zippered cargo pockets. The zippered vents on the inner thigh are nice to have, and the hems have an elastic cinch to tighten them over boots. I haven't worn them in real cold conditions yet, but they're sufficiently warm over just my jeans at 30 degrees.

Super comfy and they will keep you warm bought for both my son and I for snowboarding and they were great.
