Don't throw away your straighteners yet. This is not worth the hype! I have very long, thick and wavy hair. My hair DID NOT come out looking like I got a blowout at a salon. There are people saying in reviews that you only need this. Oh no. You DEFINITELY still need your straightener. It's just a brush/blowdryer 2-in-1. It literally just brushes and dries your hair. It's also big and clunky. My Babyliss straightener was definitely worth the price. This brush/blowdryer for $56.99? Nah. I don't think it's worth it.

Purchased this product back in January and absolutely loved it. It has worked great up until yesterday when I was drying my hair and it made a large "POP", shocked my hand and then started burning up/melting...I really loved this product but I am very disappointed this happened!

This brush literally made my hair like so puffy I was so excited to purchase this cuz other reviews said the it could STRAIGHTEN your hair. NOPE! I don’t have thin hair or thick I am kinda in the middle if your hair is like me don’t recommend buying this product.

I bought this with high hopes, but ended up taking it back. 1. I have fine hair, and this did nothing for it. Little to no volume and no curl to my ends. 2. It continually tripped the outlets causing me to have to reset them. This happened up to five times per use. I tried multiple outlets, but same problem every time.

Takes double the time to dry my hair than traditional dryer/brush and therefore can not get the same smoothing effect. It is compact however and I may still use for travel.

This brush worked great and saved me a lot of time doing my hair UNTIL one year in and now the bristles are falling off and bending. At this point nearly one third of the bristles are entirely gone. No idea why I’ve been using it normally as I have been. I can only hold it towards the middle or bottom since the item is now overheating towards the top of the handle. I am afraid to continue use. This issue should be looked into and I would not recommend this brand.

I'm rating this two stars since I did not get the smooth, straight outcome that so many reviewers experienced. I definitely did not get the "blowout" result. I think a regular blow dryer with my hair brush would have done a better job. This hair dryer didn't get all of the kinks out of my hair, so I had to use a flat iron anyway afterward. Definitely going to return this. The only positive is that I had less frizz than with traditional blow drying, but it's not enough to convince me to keep it.

Great replacement for my Conair that broke after 4 years of use. Unfortunately, this one burned out after 6 months of use. Great concept, poor quality.

Does it dry your hair? Yes. Does it give it volume? Not on my head, it didn't. Possibly it's just due to my hair type, but I had purchased this product to give my hair waves while drying it. It really just made it extra straight, which would be fine, but it also took any body my hair had once had away.

Motor is extremely loud and hurts my ear. I had to use the low setting. I feel it does a good job overall but the motor needs and upgrade its ear piercing.
