I absolutely LOVED this when I got it. I cleaned the hair out regularly. I've had it for just over a year, and it started making a weird noise so I turned it off. I tried again and it started smoking. I immediately turned it off, I tried again out of curiosity and it did nothing...

Loved the results of the blow dryer to dry & straighten my hair at the same time. However, I’m very disappointed that it only lasted less than 6 months.

Loved it, but my first one stopped working after one month of use, my second one lasted about 9 months.

If you’re looking for volume, this won’t deliver. It does a good job being a brush and a blow dryer at the same time so I like using it instead if these two. But I’ve had it for about a year and it has never brought volume to my hair. My hair is flat so at least I don’t have to iron it. If you’re looking for volume use rollers and hairspray.

I’ve had this for almost two years and I’ve loved how my hair looks when I use it. However for the past couple of months that I’ve been using it Ive smelt burning and it’s been smoking really bad. According to my research a lot of people have had problems with this and says that it ruins their hair. I probably wouldn’t buy again, maybe a different brand

…because it wouldn’t stay ON. Kept having to mess with plug in safety switches. Didn’t like the power ring, which moves very sloppily. It needs a cool shot buttton.

The picture in ad made it appear much smaller than it was in reality. Designed for people with long hair definitely way to large for short hair. Ad avoided that info. The reason for my returning it

Hard to use on thick hair it blows hair around and makes it look frizzy it does not smooth it out too well like a flat Iron. Too heavy, too big to hold in hand for a long period.

I’m so confused….I was so excited to try this hot brush. This product is over hyped majorly. It made my hair super frizzy, and I have medium to long hair that is somewhat fine. I have somewhat wavy hair but for the most part it’s straight. This was so disappointing. I’m just going to save and get the dyson.

Not for thick African American hair. I used this on my daughter and I. She has looser curls, think 3b. I have tighter curls 3c/4a. Both of us ended up with frizzy hair and it took way longer to blow dry. I did like the brush feature, but I don’t see it lasting long. After two uses the bristles were looking worn. I ended up returning this and was gifted a Dyson blow dryer for Christmas. Way better!
