The hairdryer works fine, but it is large and heavy.

Takes forever to blow dry hair.

So I’ve had this product now since December 2019. But I’ve already had to replace it 4 times. I wash and blow dry my hair about every 2-3 days. So I guess you can say I do use it a lot. It has replaced me having to straighten my hair. My hair comes out like if I just got of the salon. It’s a great product. However, I feel for almost being a $60 blow dryer it should last for a whole year. Not 3-6 months. Revlon, I love you. But do better.

I loved this product and told everyone about it until it up and quit on me after 6 months of light use. I expected it to last at least a year for this price.

LOVE this dryer! However, I have now gone through two of them in less than 2 years. The first one the heating element stopped working, the second one the motor started sputtering and smoking while drying my hair. I won’t be buying a third one.

I’ve had mine for less than a year and now stopped working. I would only use it once every couple months. My hair is already straight so I don’t style my hair if only on weekends. I know I barely used it because I could probably count and look back at the times I used this tool. I was really disappointed it stopped working for no reason.

I have a love hate relationship with this. I so desperately want to like it more than I do since it was so hyped up. Its nice you can get a blow out on your own but its just ok.

Used this for the first time today and really liked it, until I got stuck in the gap between the barrel and the brush. Might have to cut my hair out :’(

This thing is basically a godsend for the first six months. It works so well, it eliminates frizz, keeps your hair shiny, you can style it with or without heat, and my dry time was cut in half with this dryer. The only negative is that when it gets dirty, it's nearly impossible to clean. The mechanisms inside the dryer are right below the brush, and the brush has no way of detaching so the only way to clean this is to individually brush each line of bristles with a wet toothbrush and hope that no water gets into the bottom. I guess Revlon is just hoping that once it gets too dirty, we'll all just drop another $50 on a new one.

I wanted to like this air brush so bad but sadly after just three uses (in a one month span) the bristles have already started to wear down. I used it on the low setting because my hair is quite virgin. I’m not a everyday hair and makeup kind of girl so I would have hoped this item had a longer durability quality wise. I’m planning to return it.
